AI Agents and GPTs

I worked with a team of L&D professionals to design, develop, and build three AI GPTs in OpenAI for a Hackathon during the ATD AI Intensive in July 2025.

I'm adventurous and love a challenge, so I volunteered to build the GPTs in OpenAI, based on what I had l learned at the conference. I was then able to present the GPTs, explain and demonstrate some of their features, and also how I leveraged ChatGPT itself in the build process.

The first GPT was designed for Instructional Design Professionals as a quick microlearning tool to keep informed about emerging trends in the L&D field.

The second was for Instructional Design Managers to help keep their teams up to speed on emerging trends.

The third was a specific use case for a Hospital Learning Manager, to show off a more specific, narrow design, with more instruction, guidelines, and guardrails.
